Eastern Suburbs (Mumbai) East Mumbai consist the localities of Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Kanjurmarg, Kurla, Mulund, Nahur, Powai, Vidyavihar and Vikhroli.

Transfer Service Guidelines

Once we receive your request, we will promptly email you a quotation based on vehicle availability.

Kindly provide complete and accurate details to help us fulfill your transfer requirements efficiently.

Guest information required: Lead guest’s name, contact number, hotel name, and flight/train details.

Driver and vehicle details will be shared 12 hours prior to pickup via text message or email.

For airport drop-offs, pickup will be scheduled 4 hours prior to your flight departure, depending on your location (hotel or residence).

Smoking, chewing tobacco, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
-
Littering or throwing waste inside the vehicle is not allowed.

Vomiting on seats or floors will incur additional cleaning charges, payable directly by the passenger at the nearest service center.
Local Transfer Terms & Conditions

Toll and parking charges will be additional and payable as per actuals.

Kilometers and timing are calculated Garage to Garage.

Local Mumbai duty and Outstation duty are charged separately and cannot be combined. Both have distinct rate structures.

If the kilometers or hours exceed the package limits, additional charges will apply as per the extra km/hour rate.

For duties extending beyond 12:00 midnight, an extra driver allowance will be charged.
Outstation Travel Terms & Conditions

A minimum charge of 300 km per day is applicable. If usage exceeds 300 km, extra charges will apply as per the per km rate.

Kilometers will be calculated Garage to Garage.

Late-night drops after 11:30 PM or early morning pickups before 6:00 AM will incur additional driver allowance.

Toll tax, parking fees, and entry charges will be billed separately as per actuals.

Outstation and local Mumbai duties are billed separately and cannot be combined. Both have different rate structures.

If the vehicle returns to Mumbai after 2:00 AM, next day charges will be applicable.
Payment Policy:

An advance payment of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash directly to the driver before the drop, or you may choose to transfer the balance online to us prior to the journey.
