Terms & Conditions:
- Once we receive your request, we make sure we will mail you quotation base on availability of vehicle.
- Provide complete and accurate details to full fill your transfer requirements.
- In guest information we required Lead guest name, contact no, hotel name, flight details, nationality & passport details etc.
- Km will be calculated from garage to garage.
- Driver Allowance & Permit will be applicable base on vehicle.
- Km above 300 km for outstation will be charge extra as per km rate.
- Toll Tax, Parking & Entry Charges will be charge Extra, Paid by customer directly.
- Late night drop after 12 mid night & Early morning pickup before 6 am then driver allowance will be charge extra.
- Consumption of Smoking, Chewing Tobacco & Alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.
- Throwing garbage and waste is also strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
- Vomiting on seats and floor are subjected to additional cleaning charges payable at nearby service centre directly by the passenger.
- Driver & Vehicle details will receive 12 hrs prior of the pickup time via text message or on email.
- For airport drop pickup will be 4 hrs prior from the hotel or residences depend on flight departure time.
Payment Policy:
- Advance payment of Rs. 1,000 – 2,000 at the time of booking and remaining amount to be paid directly to driver in cash before drop or transfer to the us online.
